In today's ruthless business world of corporate take-overs, high pressuresales and executive stress, it takes desperate measures to survive. Many companies are declaring war on their opposition and are turning to high tech war games such as Paintball as part of their management training courses.

Paintball can often be a better gauge of how well your team building efforts are doing rather than a cure all.

During a paintball game, players may decide to retreat and in so doing leave a fellow team member open to attack. Players may even become separated and amidst all the confusion accidentally tag out one of their own side (oopsy!). Alternatively it may be part of an overall plan to use the proverbial sacrificial lamb as a diversionary tactic. These unfortunate occurances are something that can happen within the workplace as well as on the paintball field.

Companies can learn a great deal about their employees behavior patterns by careful observation on such an event.
