Since we operate on a 'first come first served' basis, it is important to send deposits as far in advance as possible. We give preference to those groups that have paid a full deposit in advance or have paid a credit card holding deposit. (NOTE: Advanced payment of the £100 holding deposit only guarantees you 10 places although we will do our level best to try to accommodate any last minute additions to your group. With 300 sets of equipment we are usually able to fit extra people in for those who have paid the holding deposit, however there are occasions where we do reach capacity up to 2 weeks before the event. This is often for a Saturday game, so if you are booking a weekend event, be sure to pay your deposits as early as possible.) On the week preceding the event, groups that have made a provisional booking , but have not paid any deposit whatsoever, may find that there is limited or no availability for their group. AVAILABILITY Contact us or call us on the number below , to let us know what date and event you are interested in, and we will let you know fairly quickly what kind of availability we have. If you are interested in booking a group for the coming weekend, please call us. A cancellation Fee of 50% would NOT apply if: You booked a 'paintball only' day with no added extras. You would however lose your deposit. A cancellation Fee of 50% would apply if: If you have booked and paid a deposit on a 'special day' involving motorsport, teambuilding activities or added extras like a full buffet dinner, trophies etc, and you decide to cancel at short notice i.e. less that 48hrs before the event date, you will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of %50 of the price of the event, [-] your original deposit [+] VAT. Please Note: Either way, any cancellation at anytime will mean that you lose your original deposit. |
