Although our venue holds 200 people we are close to capacity on most weekends. Therefore it is advisable to make your reservation at least three weeks before your event date.
Payment for your day fee deposits needs to be with us no later than one week in advance.
You can make a Provisional Booking online by confirming that you have read our Terms and conditions (Deposit, Balances, Disclaimer), before confirming below.
Only send a deposit to us when one of our representatives has contacted you to confirm that there is availability for your group on your event date.
I understand that my event is not confirmed until:
(a) Combat Games has contacted me to confirm availability for my event.
(b) I have sent a deposit cheque for the event which I understand needs to be with Combat Games at least one week prior to my event date.
I understand that my Provisional Booking will be cancelled if Combat Games does not receive my deposit in time for the event.
DEPOSITS
DEPOSITS:
Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. We take a deposit to ensure that your group has a secure booking held with us for the date of your event. If you decide to cancel the event for any reason whatsoever, deposits paid by you or your group will not be returned as we would have turned down bookings from other groups on the strength of a deposit having been paid by you for a particular day or event.
CANCELLATIONS Q: What if I wish to cancel an event? A: Try to cancel more than 48hrs before the event as you may inccur extra costs depending on what type of event it is, i.e. just paintball or more of a corporate teambuilding day with motorsport etc.
A cancellation Fee of 50% would NOT apply if:
You booked a 'paintball only' day with no added extras. You would however lose your deposit.
A cancellation Fee of 50% would apply if:
If you have booked and paid a deposit on a 'special day' involving motorsport, teambuilding activities or added extras like a full buffet dinner, trophies etc, and you decide to cancel at short notice i.e. less that 48hrs before the event date, you will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of %50 of the price of the event, [-] your original deposit [+] VAT.
Please Note: Either way, any cancellation at anytime will mean that you lose your original deposit.
BALANCES
Once you have booked an event with us and a deposit has been paid, we will contact you with a written confirmation. Please note that the full amount per head, less the deposit, is payable on the date of your event.
PAINTBALL ONLY BALANCES: Participants who fail to turn up on the day are NOT liable for paying a balance on his or her day fee.
MULTI ACTIVITY BALANCES:
Participants who fail to turn up on the day are still liable for the balance on his or her day fee. The group organiser must agree to take full reponsibility for gaining commitment from his or her group in making sure that deposits and balances are paid in full. The event will not go ahead if balances are left unpaid.

Despite the initial pouring rain and the bad time keeping of the mini buses, the Camelot staff kept us all occupied and remained helpful and flexible throughout the day. Nicola would also particularly like to thank you for the extra special attention given to her bad back and in helping set up the Archery during the Paintball event.
Everyone came away from that day with much excitement and a little closer for sharing a unique experience. This I belive is the first Teambuilding event arranged in the company's history which expands a good 20 yeras or so!!
