ORGANISER'S CHECKLIST
Have read the 'Tips for Organisers' section.

Emailed my friends and work colleagues to guage interest for the paintballing or multiactivity event. I included the proposed date, costs and details and have asked everyone to get back to me ASAP with either a 'yes' or 'no'. Asked if there are any vegetarians or vegans likely to attend, so that I can inform Combat Games in advance.

I have at least 20 names on my list of people who have shown some comittment and interest in taking part.

Completed printed and submitted provisional On-line
booking form.

Received confirmation from Combat Games of availability for my event and of my provisional booking.

Printed off the on-line map of how to get to the Combat Games venue.

Have circulated the map, start - time, event details to my friends and work colleagues, confirming that the event has been booked and that they all need to pay me a deposit of £10 (Paintballing) or £20 (Multi-activity) ASAP by (A certain date/deadline).

Recieved all deposits from my Friends.

Sent a single deposit cheque made payable to 'Camelot Booking Office', along with my printed booking from to the contact address at the bottom of the form. Also available on the
Contact Us page.

Received confirmation by email that Combat Games have receieved my cheque and that we are now a confirmed booking.

I have given consideration on what may be the best method of travelling to the Combat venue on the actual day (Car (maps required), Coach company, Train (Dorking BR - Taxi to the site)).

One last e-mail a few days before the event to inform everyone who is attending to bring suitable clothing, including outdoor boots/shoes, preferably with ankle support. I have also reminded them to take either a cheque book with valid card or cash for buying extra paint on the day ,paying the balance on the day fee & buying a drink at the
Camelot Club House!
