'Executive decisions' have an extensive track record of providing high quality team building packages using Outdoor Management Development techniques designed to create opportunities to reflect, discuss and consolidate learning points away from the pressure of the everyday work environment. We have provided training for borough councils, the MOD, Department of Employment, Coke Cola and many other organisations. Industry specific Case Studies/Reports are available on request to those who are genuinely interested in working with us.

We do not believe in getting people cold and wet for the sake of it! Our programmes are tailored for your teams and are run from our dedicated team building sites through out the UK one of the most comprehensive of which is Action Days venue near Dorking in Surrey. We can cover 75% of the UK population within 2-2.5 hours travelling time and offer good quality hotels at reduced rates for those wishing to stay over. Using a combination of structured exercises and a 'Challenge' programme and with the possibility of a reward element chosen from 'fun' events such as 4x4 driving, quad bikes or paintball we can create opportunities for teams to work together towards a common goal.

Prices start at £65 + VAT per person for a basic one day package rising to £199 + VAT for an overnight stay and classroom support, pre and post learning packs and a 'reward' activity on day two.
