With so much going on at the Camelot venue, it is not at all surprising that we employ an independent consultant ( affiliated with the health and safety inspectorate ) who keeps us up to date with current statute and also monitors our health and safety performance. As a result, we have a very high safety standard that is not found at a great many other paintball sites or multi activity venues.
We have a trained medic on call at every event just in case of any accidents.
Our staff and marshals are all EPSF trained and are there to look after our customers safety as a first priority.
Our equipment (especially motorised) and event staging areas checked by the site manager before each event.
Full instruction is given to all of our customers before each and every event. Safety briefing is given extra emphasis. Customers are expected to sign a disclaimer that states that they have received safety & operational instruction before they can take part in each event.
Corporate Insurance
Although our Site Liability Insurance provides cover up to £2M, it can be increased for corporate events, should the customer require it. The charge for this depends on the particular event, the number of people plus the specific elements that the insurance cover should provided for.
Corporate clients should also be aware of the fact that company employees should be covered by the employers insurance policy whilst they are taking part in an event during work time. Therefore if you decide to do an event during the week whilst your staff are are effectively being paid to attend the outdoor event, you are liable for their safety aswell as ourselves. We can assist you with insurance related questions by contacting Martin Bostock (Executive Decisions).
